| Yeah, the very definition of a saison is that of being a summer beer. They couldn't chosen something to actually match the season? Like a barleywine...something thick and strong and warming to counter those blustery breezes. |

It's not a drinking PROBLEM, it's a drinking SOLUTION!
Reminds me of the time I sued Trojan when I forgot to wear a condom during sex.I tried to recall the semen without success.

I don't think you're an angry troll, and I'm glad that you can at least approach the subject intelligently rather than some angry person who can't articulate themselves and lack knowledge on the subject. Like most people have stated on here, it's a mental health issue that happens to revolve around reproduction rather than the question of when life begins. There is no right or wrong answer, and I believe the government has no right to choose, but they do have the responsibility to inform people in an unbiased manner and to help people when they can (in a perfect world....) I ask if you are a man, because I truly believe that while men can be sympathetic to the situation, they can never really understand what it's like to deal with pregnancy and its issues. To answer your question, I personally believe life begins that one moment when the timing is right, and through what we understand through science, a life is formed at that very minute. But how that life is handled and how long it lives is the horrible and amazing part of our world. I think we place too much emphasis on the life itself and forget the environment surrounding it and whether or not that life was meant to live one second or several years. I believe in quality of life and not letting something live just for the sake of living and suffering through existence for our own selfish needs or personal values. Like I said, this is more of an issue of mental health, but I answered your question. Life begins at conception. Where it goes or is supposed to go is up for debate..

Looking at pornography (when I was young) confirmed to me that I was not gay... WTF is he talking about??
Vegetarianism limits what you can eat (especially hot junk food); that's why people lose weight - it has nothing to do with meat per se. I was vegetarian for three years but gave it up partly because I got bored with it, but mainly because I got sick of being hassled about it. |

Well, you'd have to send the sensitive information THEN file suit to make the ISP provide the information to help protect that information. It seems to me things are working pretty well. As a Google user, I wouldn't want Google just giving up information to anyone who asks for it - they're requiring a court order. The bank is doing its due diligence in determining what happened to the data - as a bank customer, I'd want my bank to do everything they could to find and protect my information if it got out by accident. That a judge is in the middle of this, determining if the bank's request is valid is good. That the bank is making this request is good. That Google is not complying without a court order is good. Really, this is the best of a bad situation.Do you really think a judge will just grant you an order to yield up my identity just because you email me? The whole point of a judge is to use judgment. If your judges are bad, then you only have you and your voting peers to blame.
